Hip, Knee and Ankle Series

Whether you are without injury or currently have a hip, knee or ankle problem – you can retrain your body to move in proper alignment.  Yoga opens your hips, wakes up your feet, strengthens your ankles and builds balanced muscular strength. Join Melissa for a review of the anatomy of the hip joint and the knees and discuss postures that are designed to open the hips, strengthen the knees, and unify the lower body.  In 3, 1.5 hour sessions, Melissa will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses or your personal alignment and guide you through a series of poses and modifications to help you bring your lower body back into alignment and health.  Maximum of 4 students.
